You can read your first letter for free before you buy anything, so you know the style and depth in advance.

Digital letters

Because letters are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally final once your letters have been opened. If something went wrong, such as a wrong birth date typed in, a technical error or letters that never arrived, write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
